Huntsville's Promise Program in Limbo The Huntsville’s promise organization is still in limbo after last nights city council meeting. The council decided to reexamine where the requested 40-thousand dollars needed to fund the organization would come from for the remaining fiscal year. Several students who have been apart of Huntsville’s Youth Council, a promise started by Huntsvilles’ Promise to give youth a voice in the community were upset with last nights delay, but they are willing to wait until January to hear whats next for the youth geared organization. Huntsville’s Promise has been supported by the city for the past 5 years with the goal of strengthening the community for youth and families.
